Warm welcome to Hermana Griffin at the St George airport:  2:50 p.m. on Saturday, October 21, 2023 She got to meet three babies she prayed here! Imogene Griffin (Bryce and Marlee) Amelia and Emory Griffin (Dallas and McKayla) After arrival we went to the St George temple for a quick photo. Then home for a couple minutes. At 5 p.m. to the Stake President's office to get released. We got a Don Pedro Party Platter for dinner and then everybody went to bed. 7:30 a.m. on Sunday Katie reported to the Stake President and Council. There were about a dozen people in the room. She bore testimony and told a little about her experience.  Later in Sacrament Meeting she was called up to receive her plaque and give another brief testimony. She will report officially on her mission in Sacrament Meeting on Sunday, November 12 at 11:30 a.m.  The first thing Katie wanted to do upon arrival to St George was go to the St George temple to take a picture while she was still a missionary.

Hermana Griffin and Hermana Chavez eating Sushi    it all happened so fast... We're already here and I'm already packed and ready to go. As I'm writing this I'm actually currently on a bus on the way to antofagasta for the last time. I thought I would take a little bit of time to write out the things that have happened this week and the way I'm feeling. This is gonna be a long one, so buckle up ladies and gentlemen.  So my last p day was an absolute whirlwind of things that we did and we actually got home exhausted   but then we left again. I'm pretty sure in my last letter I outlined the day pretty well so I won't go over it, but we literally got home to where we live on the beach, dropped off our groceries, and turned around to go climb the mountain that is our sector. Literally 35 minutes of quickly walking uphill (very steep). Yeah so that was exhausting and we came home and went right to sleep    Hermana Griffin the airport  7 hour layover in Santiago O
